Feature request via API routed to GitHub

Demonstrates sending raw feedback via our API and receiving a structured GitHub issue. Shows AI fields like type, severity, title, summary, tags, sentiment, and confidence.

What this shows

This example shows how TriageFast ingests an API-sent feature request and emits a GitHub Issue with AI-classified fields so teams can iterate faster.

Raw feedback

User message

It'd be great if you added dark mode to the dashboard — it's really hard to use at night and the current theme hurts my eyes. Also can we have keyboard shortcuts for switching pages?

Add dark mode and keyboard shortcuts to dashboard

User feedback: "It'd be great if you added dark mode to the dashboard — it's really hard to use at night and the current theme hurts my eyes. Also can we have keyboard shortcuts for switching pages?" Proposal: Add a system-wide dark theme toggle and implement basic keyboard shortcuts for main navigation (next/previous page, go to dashboard, search). Acceptance criteria: - Dark mode toggle available in user settings - Keyboard shortcuts documented and configurable - Visual QA for contrast and accessibility

Live example

Use the API directly

Send the same raw message to TriageFast and get the structured result back through the normal ingest endpoint.

curl -X POST "https://triagefast.app/api/v1/ingest" -H "Authorization: Bearer tf_live_xxxx" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d "{\"source\":\"api\",\"message\":\"It'd be great if you added dark mode to the dashboard — it's really hard to use at night and the current theme hurts my eyes. Also can we have keyboard shortcuts for switching pages?\"}"

How it works

Step 1

Send the message

POST the user feedback to the ingest endpoint.

Step 2

TriageFast classifies it

AI extracts type, severity, title, summary, tags, sentiment, and confidence.

Step 3

Structured output appears in github

TriageFast creates a GitHub Issue with the mapped fields.
