Support-tool feature request routed to Linear — autosave drafts

Shows how a messy support-tool message becomes a structured Linear issue. Demonstrates classification and routing in under 30 seconds.

What this shows

This example matters because small UX requests like autosave are high-impact but easy to miss; TriageFast turns informal support-tool messages into prioritized Linear issues quickly.

Raw feedback

User message

Hey — would love a drafts feature so I can save partially written reports. I keep losing progress when I navigate away; an autosave would really help.

Autosave drafts for in-app reports

Reported via support tool: user loses progress when composing reports because there's no draft/autosave. Reproduction: start composing a report, navigate away, return and content is gone. Suggested: implement periodic local autosave and server-side draft saving with a restore flow. Include acceptance criteria: 1) drafts saved automatically every X seconds, 2) user can restore last draft on reopen, 3) opt-out toggle in settings.

Live example

Use the API directly

Send the same raw message to TriageFast and get the structured result back through the normal ingest endpoint.

curl -X POST 'https://triagefast.app/api/v1/ingest' -H 'Authorization: Bearer tf_live_xxxx' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"source":"support_tool","message":"Hey — would love a drafts feature so I can save partially written reports. I keep losing progress when I navigate away; an autosave would help.","context":{"category":"feature-request"}}'

How it works

Step 1

Send the message

POST the raw support-tool message to the ingest endpoint.

Step 2

TriageFast classifies it

AI returns structured fields like type, severity, title, summary, tags, sentiment, and confidence.

Step 3

Structured output appears in linear

TriageFast creates a Linear issue with the suggested title, body, labels, and priority.
